Refund/Cancellation Policy
ABC Legal, Inc.- referred to as ABCL is an attorney service, providing legal services to Lawyers, Law Firms, Businesses & individuals. ABCL and any representative of ABCL does not “give advice” in legal matters. ABCL and any representative of ABCL, does not provide legal counsel nor “represent” you in court.
ABCL does not appear in court on your behalf nor does ABCL take credit or fault in the court’s decision of your case. In the event your case is settled, dismissed or decided against you, ABCL does not offer cancellation or refund. ABCL will execute service based on instructions provided by you, Client. If information (addresses) provided is not accurate or not serviceable, ABCL does not offer refund. ABCL is not responsible for inaccurate information or bad addresses.
All sales are final. Due to the Government Fiscal Crisis for Small Claims Cases, allow up to 6 to 8 weeks for court filing. If there is any type of civil dispute all parties agree the proper venue is San Diego County. Civil cases timeline is determined by the court. Services contracted may be conducted via telephone or internet and client(s) acknowledges that all sales are final and there are no cancellations, there are no refunds, once services are contracted.
